Wala: Anthroposophie trifft Wissenschaft

Das Unternehmen Wala bietet vor allem Arzneimittel und einige Kosmetika, die nach anthroposophischen Rezepten hergestellt werden. Die Mittel sollen die Selbstheilungskräfte des Körpers anregen, da Körper, Geist und Seele eine Einheit bilden. Die anthroposophische Medizin versteht sich als Ergänzung der klassischen Schulmedizin.

Umfangreiche Auswahl an Mitteln

Gegründet wurde das Unternehmen 1935 vom österreichischen Chemiker Dr. Rudolf Hauschka. Er hatte Kontakt zum Anthroposophen Rudolf Steiner und heiratete 1942 die anthroposophisch eingestellte Ärztin Margarethe Stavenhagen. Nach anthroposophischer Lehre gehören Gesundheit und Krankheit zusammen. Ist der Mensch krank, dann besteht ein Ungleichgewicht, das sich mit entsprechenden Mitteln wieder in ein Gleichgewicht zurückführen lässt. Um zahlreiche Beschwerden abzudecken, ist das Sortiment der Marke breit aufgestellt und umfasst von der Akne-Behandlung über Augentropfen und Heilsalbe bis zum Vaginalgel Hunderte von Mitteln. So stehen beispielsweise für Säuglinge und Kinder Zäpfchen gegen Bauchkrämpfe und Blähungen bereit, und es gibt Mittel gegen Schlafstörungen, nervöse Unruhe und Herzangst.

Entsprechend der Vielfalt der Heilmittel werden diese je nach Produkt als Creme, Gel, Spray, Zäpfchen und Globuli angeboten. Auch finden sich Balsam, Tropfen, Öl und Kapseln im Sortiment. Naturstoffe wie Melisse, Arnika und Johanniskraut werden dabei mit aktuellen wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen kombiniert. So bietet Wala für zahlreiche Beschwerden das geeignete Mittel.
